i didnt mean that.. i meant 97w or the 79w is even normal for r9 285 ?! or there's something wrong? as i saw the reviews mentioned 190w TDP for this card.

GPU-z does not give accurate power readings

if youre getting the performance that other people are getting then its fine

dont pay attention to that W reading

and is it possible to the psu to be a limiting factor and bottlenecking a gpu? or it will just crash?

but it wont just be fine but bottlenecking the card? .. if you know what i mean .. its like if the cpu is not providing the gpu with the enough calculates so it bottlenecking it.. that could happen with the psu just like the cpu ?

no the PSU only provides power not any kind of processing

if you dont have enough power it will immediately shut down

if you do then everything will work

there is no bottleneck
