Nope, the vram won't stack. You may be able to crossfire, but it doesn't sound like a great board, so it might not work.

I see a similar thing in Max Payne 3. It says I have over 6 ghz of vram because of my Crossfire R9 280s with 3 gb each. But I like to think I'm smarter, and I've adjusted my settings so that the estimated vram is less than 3 gb.

 

I guess Directx 12 is going to provide means to stack vram on multiple GPU setups if I remember correctly. Can't wait for that! Most likely none of the current games are going to take advantage of that. Hopefully it's not another layer of development like coding for multiple CPU cores. Otherwise we may never see this feature to fruition.
