Here is what I have in mind:

Fractal Arc Mini ; Fractal Define Mini ; Lian Li (I see a lot of people use the PC-V354) ; SilverStone Sugo SG09 ; SilverStone Fortress FT03

Edit: I forgot the "Prodigy look", you might want the LianLi cases or the SG09 better.

But I thing I need to look some more, all this cases are so square :P

Thats one of the things I like about the Prodigy, is not a box :P

The Bitfenix Prodigy is definitely a box, it's just a box with handles.

The Silverstone FT03 or Xigmatek Gigas are probably as unusual as you'll get for mATX aside from the Prodigy. Smaller mid-towers (ATX) are certainly comparable to the Prodigy though, because it's so damn big, so maybe have a look at those. Lian Li's V650 for example, holds near enough the same volume with similar dimensions (though that's still a box).

I recently stumbled upon some people that have actually successfully fit an matx board in a prodigy! Hope this helps!

The modding in the 2nd link is amazing. I wish I were able to do the same.

look at the fractal design core 1000

It is about 25 liters, 1,5ish liters less than the prodigy

or

the sg09 at 23 liters

Anything I write is just a comment, take is as such, there is no guarantees associated with anything I say.
