Which GTX 970

You have the i7 4790k ? I know maybe the mobo is overkill, I could change it but the Asus Z97 AR is not available where i will buy it.

 

Sorry i just saw that you said the Asus Z97 A is the same just gold instead. If I want to keep the i7 and the mobo what should i change to be less overkill? the GPU?

For gaming there is no such thing as overkill GPU Get the best thing you can, PSU is overkill for single 970 but if you plan to SLI in the future it is the best PSU for 970 SLI so stick with it.

I know the GPU is not overkill I was talking about the mobo, but i kept the Mximus Vii Hero, i went with the i5 4690K and a Gigabyte GTX 970 G1. Yes I plan on SLI in 6mà months maybe so thats why I got that PSU.
