I would say when that one guy got his...well you know stuck in his stock intel heatsink fan.

I had too many extension cords and didn't realize I had everything including the PC, fans, guitar amps, etc. On the same wall outlet (just different extension cords that were all leading to the same wall outlet) and blew up my PSU. It burnt the CPU, the GPU, the motherboard, hard drive and optical drive. Only the RAM survived.
