I want to know, which graphic card is best for adobe software, cause I have no idea which is the best. Budget around $500-$650, do not need a Titan. I want video to render fast, not just youtube video style, but like a blue-ray video. Exporting, Rendering, Fixing image in Photoshop, and etc. I know that crossfire and SLI will damage the performance so, a single GPU. My limitation can be up to the new R9 390X, once it release this year, but still I would not take a Titan X since that the money I do not have. I want some different choices if possible, like the new release of the GTX 980Ti, 970TI,GTX 990,  R9 390X, 380X.

Take a look on the spec, cause I can not tell which is best for adobe software. :P

GTX 980Ti spec: http://wccftech.com/nvidia-geforce-gtx-980-ti-gm200-gpu-possibly-arriving-q2-2015-custom-variants-greenlight/

GTX 990Ti spec http://wccftech.com/nvidia-gtx-990-ti-24gb-amd-r9-395x2-16gb-benchmarked-reviewed/

R9 390X spec: http://wccftech.com/stacked-hbm-memory-r9-390x-ramping-short-supply-initially/

Just on your opinion even if the new GPU has not release, (forget about it). Even the <2014 series which would you recommend and why.

-snip-

None of those cards exist, and two of them probably won't. Please don't post about things that don't exist.

Here is the official supported GPU list from Adobe:

https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html

I would stick with something that is on that list otherwise you will need to modify your software for it to take advantage of the card and that will lead to all kinds of headaches and stability problems.

Well I don't just mean the new one even the old one, what would you recommend? And Why?

Wait what?

Basic guide to CPU's!

If I said I were 14, you would call me a kid. If I say 70, you’ll entitle me too old. If I say 20 you say I’m inexperienced and if I say 40 than I'm too boring.

Highly suggest a good CPU while your at it. A GPU can only accelerate certain features so having a good CPU will benefit you the most.
