Windows 10 "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" problem.

robbivip

Hey! So I'm having this weird issue with my old laptop that I'm using to test Windows 10. Whenever I start doing GPU heavy task this error pops up "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" and it's never because of the same issue. Sometime's it complains about drivers and other times hard drive issues.

Thanks for helping!

Do you have any OC?

Edit: Just realized you said laptop. The GPU is probably dying then.

First of all, why windows 10? That's most likely the cause of your problem, since drivers probably won't support it properly given the fact it's a technical preview...

complaing about a crash on a beta os....is a little stupid..this is why its only for people who know what they are doing on a pc and can solve stuff themselfs and give feedback...not for every moron to go and install it ..and then say something doesn't work right

If you need remote help fixing something on your computer

I can help over Teamviewer if you wish

Sounds to me like faulty hardware you have, especially that you said that you had the same problem with Windows 8.
