Recommended thermal paste for h80i?

Umm....welll yeah as the title says what woud you guys recommend. Im replacing my thermal paste as i think i messed up the first time round with the pre applied......so I want to redo it. Also would these wipes work in removing the old compound...

When i clean my CPUS and heatsyncs i just use a bottle of 70% rubbing alcohol. I have never used the Arctic Silver cleaning stuff. Not shure how that works.

Just use any rubbing/isopropyl alcohol.

Don't buy the ones you listed.
