Stock is rated at up to 75W thermal dissipation. It's fine for any locked processor under 99% of operation. I think most people on the forum would agree that a cheap aftermarket cooler would be a good idea for just about any cpu unless you've gotten a "S" part.

 

You probably won't hit that high a temps with your cpu, but that little but lower will always help it's lifespan (yes that 212 evo is everyone's favorite cheap cpu cooler)

Hey guys. This is my build I'm gonna work on getting together, but before I buy the parts I need to know If I need A CPU cooler for this build, or will the stock one work just fine? Thanks for your advice, and suggestions
