Some of the wording on the PCI-E 3.0 section needs work.

Onto the differences:

Gigabyte board has 3 PCI-E x1 slots, while the ASRock board has 1. Gigabyte board has 1 PCI slot, while the ASRock board has 2. Gigabyte board has 8 total SATA 6Gb/s ports, while the ASRock has 10. LAN chipset on both is Intel based. Video ports on Gigabyte is D-Sub, DVI-D, and HDMI, while the ASRock board has DVI and HDMI. ASRock board has HDMI-in and out. Gigabyte board has 6 USB 3.0 ports, while the ASRock has 4.

The Ud4h has some voltage read points and nicer solder mask. Heatsink design is pleasing to the eyes. Id rather overclock with it in my show build.

 

Woah, the Extreme6 has dual rj45, naice. More 3rd party Sata ports. Budget WS board it looks like. I like the heatsink design on it too but the poor solder mask is poor. Get out of here gold plated, gimmick caps -.-!

That section doesn't make sense on the ASRock board.
