Would my pc run?

Hello guys i was really curious if my pc would run gta 5 on max setting on 60 fps if i will get new vid card
 

SPECS:  i7-2600 quad core

              8GB adata ram
              1TB HDD

              Radeon HD 6800 series

Assuming the Ramgate is not a factor that will framedrop GTAV, yes it will (if you game at 1080p)

2. Nobody can know how much FPS a pc can get, that's incalculable.. Buy the game, if it's not 60, upgrade.

no you would need dual titan x too MAX out game but yours will do fine yes

GTA V has some ridiculous settings for extreme PCs and for playing in the future, but with these off you will get 60FPS easily

Assuming the Ramgate is not a factor that will framedrop GTAV, yes it will (if you game at 1080p)

 

 

If you max out the settings it will! my game crashed several times because i used like 3,7gb VRAM on the 970. I turned down some of the "Advanced Graphics" settings and got it to use like 3,2gb VRAM and its fine. 

 

 

 

it SHOULD work fine, the i7 should have enough power for it. 

 

Maybe 8gb of Ram isn't enough. Haven't watched the Taskmanager ingame to find out how much is needed. But maybe you will need 16gb, not sure.

 

You will have slight longer loading times with your HDD, but nothing really bad

I was assuming not touching the advanced settings as Totalbiscuit's review states he as noticed those settings lead to performance problems even with his beast of a rig.

well u trued playing gta 5 on my friends account on high and it kept like 30 fps and i was like i really need new vid card and i tohught mayibe if i will upgrade ill get 60 fps on max settings

just keep advanced settings OFF, and you should be able to have 60 fps

if you have crashes, lower AA or shadows, or something you dont care about that takes some vram
