The most powerful fanless PSU at the moment is the Enermax Digifanless with 550 watt (605 w peak).

And that's way to less for your build,

Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil

Agreed with the above, the best I have seen is the 550W SuperFlower. You can't run 295x2 on a fanless PSU. You want a semi-fanless PSU otherwise, some EVGA G2 models have this, many Antec PSUs etc. Corsair RM are sort of renowned for this quiet operation but don't get an RM as the internals aren't great

i5 4670k - Z87X-UD3H - EVGA GTX 670 Sig 2 - Samsung 840 Evo 250GB - 8GB Avexir Core White 1600Mhz - Corsair 750D w/ RGB LED Mod & Remote Control - 2x SP120 - 3x Enermax Cluster - 2TB Seagate SSHD - Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 - SuperFlower Leadex Gold 750W

It's not that they aren't great, they're not very good for its price point, but it's apparently stupidly quiet.

No, they just aren't great :P My trust in them has been reduced further by this - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18665616

Many PSUs are just as quiet as the RM if they have "eco" fan modes etc, like EVGA G2 and SuperFlower Leadex

Yeah 1,5k for that ...

It's more of a joke that it's still for sale , it's using outdated gpu's and runs hot and slower than stand alone titan's .

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

For the silent PSU from seasonic and antec, which particular series I should be looking at.

Also, be quiet ones?

There are no fanless PSUs above 520w.

The evga 850g2 has semi passive load, fanless until a certain temp, and would support 295x2
