It looks like the deal is only available to companies only as it is only available in the small and medium business cart.

I would NOT recommend the U2711, it has anti-glare "screen door effect" where the AG coating can be seen when the display is white or bright...very annoying.  Get the 2713HM from amazon for $550-600 instead.
