Best 140mm Quiet Fan?

cheeze_tartz

I am going to use 2 Intakes and 1 exhaust on a Fractal Design R4. I am thinking between the Be Quiet SilentWings 2 or the Noctua NF-A14. Also, are the Fans that come with the R4 quiet? If they are, I am just going to buy one exhaust.

Cheap option: Noctua Redux P14s 900rpm

Best Options: Be Quiet SilentWings 2

Also the Fractal R4/R5 have been designed for quiet operation so I would assume so.

The stock fans are quiet but not very. I'd suggest hearing how they sound before preemptively buying replacements.
