Need help with OBS settings.

I have been messing around with OBS settings again since I got a new 5820k and my games a very jittery. Anyone, what settings would you suggest for OBS with my new specs?

 

CPU 5820k

GPU 780ti

Upload speed 5mbps

16 gigs of ram

But I would suggest using quicksync or use shadowplay instead.

With 5 up I would go with 3500kbs and 720 or 900p res. For CPU preset I would stick with faster or fast.

ENCODING:

x264 encoder, CBR enabled, max bitrate 3500, AAC audio codec with 160 bitrate

 

VIDEO:

Resolution downscale: 1080p + 30 FPS

or 720p + 60 FPS

 

ADVANCED:

Default for safety, but you can try x264 CPU Preset "Faster".

 

Is you upload actually 5M (as in 5M at speedtest.net) or is that the advertised speed? If you don't actually get that 5M you might want to lower the max bitrate to 2500 and audio bitrate to 96.

Yeah my upload is actually 5, I will mess with it right now and see what happens.
