When I turn on my computer the Asus logo that tells you to hit F2 or Del to open bios just sits there and never goes past it. I've tried letting it sit there for over a minute and nothing. I have to hit the reset button on the computer and it will come up again and go past it. Only happens after I shut down the computer.

Thats... really weird. Have you updated your BIOS? Also, have you tried removing USB devices like some keyboard('s) and mice incase they might be causing problems.

I haven't updated the BIOS because I don't know how. I've heard a lot of people messing it up. And because I just bought it a week ago. Going to do a quick test on my overclock then get back to you about the usb ports

If you install it correctly, and it fails, just call motherboard support and they should help.

Asus motherboards come with the ability to re-flash incase of a failiure giving you an option to recover.  Your motherboard (Asus Maximus VII Hero) has this.

Just follow this guide,

Explains it pretty well.

Most people who brick their mobos while doing update are being impatient and do manual boot in the middle of process. I've used both windows and Q-Flash modes on two manufacturers (plus diskette for old Asus mobo), no failed update so far. Just follow instructions and be patient.
