The system shut down without making any sparking or whatever sound , and it wouldn't turn on , so i thought it was the psu . Removed the psu from the PC , tried to jump start it using a paper clip ( 4th and 5th pin from the left on the side with the clip ) , and the fan didnt start . Meanwhile i replaced the PSU with an older one ( meaning about 30 min passed ) , and then i tried to see if it started again , and it didn't .

And then after trying it again after 5 minutes the psu fan started working .

Question is , is it safe to use again , or should i warranty it ?

If that is the PSU doing that then I'd replace it as soon as and probably refrain from using the PC incase it destroys anything

Replace immediately don't leave like that to chance.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.
