A team of researches lead by Chalmers Univerity in Sweden has found that graphene can help with reducing the temprature of silicone based electronics by up to 25%.

If the graphene would be put straight on the die, could we use at as a replacement for the TIM in between the IHS and die? No more need to delid just to get decent temps!
