Is it ok to use nitrofun music in my youtube videos?

In the title. I noticed Austin Evans did once.  Will I get in trouble with copyright? Note: I do not have monitization in my videos.

It will be copyrighted. If you play it for 20 seconds or less you won't get it, but anything longer that and they will get you.

If you dont monetize your videos you can still get copyright claims, but you can dispute them and claim you are not monetizing them and credited the author

most of the time this will work and nothing will happen to your videos

 

 

Did you try asking Nitrofun and/or Monstercat? I would go there first.

They wont give you the rights unless you have many thousands of subscribers

Perhaps not Monstercat... Nitrofun himself might (although I don't personally see it happening.. but then again.. I've never asked.)
