Too many people logging into GTA V for steam to handle

Steam isn't down for me, but the "Ready to launch in approximately time keep rising. Currently at 16 minutes.

GTA, the only non valve capable of crashing steam servers, also RSC patcher crawled down to 24KB due to a patch

mines working fine. there's a small 100mb download. and then some back ground guff and then about 5mins of unpacking data.

will effect people differently on higher or lower specs obviously

my unpacking is fluctuating between 5mins and 12mins lol I guess it's confused.
