Correct pronunciation

I'm sure it's been debated all the time and I don't see Radeon having trouble with this at all.

 

Is Nvidia pronounced as "Nin-vee-de-ah" or "Ann-vee-de-ah"?

 

I was quarreling with my friend the other day because apparently "ann-vee-de-ah" is wrong and it should be "nin-vee-de-ah".

N as in the letter, vid as in video, e as in e, uh.

 

You do not say "nin."

 

I knew it.

Strange, I always said it /nˈvɪdiə/ but apparently it is supposed to be said as /ɪnˈvɪdiə/ but that would suggest the word is entirely based on the Latin root is invidia.

Took a glance through a site that cleared up their usage of IPA. haha anyways, to answer the OP, I say it as /nˈvɪdiə/. :)
