Need help please.

I'm going to build a new computer and I have all my parts but Wifi.  My motherboard doesn't have built in wifi and I was wondering what were my choices for Wifi. My router is 802.11n , which is Wireless correct?

Please tell me what I could do without paying too much.

Yes. 802.11n is the standard of wireless your router uses. I would recommend a TP-Link wireless card, like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704129

It is inexpensive, reliable, and are not taking up usb ports just begging to be snapped off.

Buy a USB WiFi dongle that supports N.

Are you close enough for a cable? You can get a 100Ft cable for $10 and that will work worlds better than wireless. 

 

Otherwise, a TP-Link usb dongle is fine.

Learn from Qain.  Use a cable.  You'll thank yourself later.  

This video shows you how to build your own but you can buy them.

 

But if Wifi is what you just must have then any pci-e tp-link n adapter will work.  They are cheap and easy to install.  Usb has overhead issues and is buggy in my opinion.  But just to be clear.  Cables are king.
