Yes. 802.11n is the standard of wireless your router uses. I would recommend a TP-Link wireless card, like this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704129
It is inexpensive, reliable, and are not taking up usb ports just begging to be snapped off.
