I'm not sure if it has one at the bottom but I'd populate the two at the front (intake), two at the top for the H110i gt (exhaust) and one at the back.

Fairly standard, allthough i would filter the rear fan and use it as intake aswell. That way you have positive static pressure in your case (less dust).

who cares...

Hi,

I wanna put fans into Corsair 300R Windowed. I Wanna know best fan layout. I will have Corsair h110i gt and I wanna to have all places where I can add fans with fans uf its possible and with biggest sizes I can (I'm typical man - bigger is better :-))

2x 140mm front as intake

1x 120mm rear as intake + 120mm filter (Silverstone has some great magnetic filters you can buy)

2x 140mm top as outtake + H110i GT

You won't need the side fan spots.

For fans I recommend "be quiet Silent Wings 2" or some Noctua fans.

You can also use the Corsair fans that come with the case and the 110i GT.

fixed, haha.

Anyways, looking at the specs on your case, it can support 2 140mm fans in the front, 2 on top, and 1 120mm at the back. The best setup in my opinion would be two 140mm intakes at the front, the h110 at the top doing its own thing exhausting all the heat it produces, and of course a rear 120mm fan. I feel like this would be pretty balanced for both positive and negative air pressure ;p
