Nothing really. Ideally, you want to mount your CPU to the mobo first, then the cooler and ram. Then install the mobo and cooler into the case and connect the fan and usb headers. Then your install optical and storage drives and run the connecting wires. Then the GPU(s) and finally install the PSU and runn the power cables.

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k @ 4.6ghz, Cooling: NZXT Kraken x61(Push/Pull), MOBO: EVGA Z97 FTW, OS: Windows 10, RAM: 16gb EVGA SuperSC DDR3 2400, Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 250gb + 500gb SSD, WD Black 1tb HDD, PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1000w G1, Case: NZXT Phantom 530, GPU: 2x EVGA GTX 980 CLASSIFIED, Monitor: Seiki 39 inch, 1080p @ 120hz, 4k @ 30hz

I just got my case, psu, and motherboard what can I set up

With just those cause my other parts are going to take a while to show up. I already have them in the case

You can plan your wiring route, check for clearance on your parts, and... idk, guess that's about it.

get your twisty ties set in good spots, get your case fan's wiring nice and clean.

installing the CPU and cooler when the mobo is in the case can be tricky

installing RAM with the tower cooler installed is even harder!

trust me

it a pain to get things installed when everything is inside the case and you got like big hands

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
