H100 Problem.

I've just setup my new rig with a Corsair H100 and 2 fans on it. The pump is running and the fans are moving, but the problem I have is that the button on the CPU block and surrounding area are not illuminated like I've seen online. Any ideas on what might be the cause of the problem are much appreciated.

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

pushing the button does not make the LEDs turn on?

then its probably just that the led controller died

If the button does not make it turn on, and corsair link doesn't make it turn on, RMA it. 
Corsair has an amazing RMA process.

Sorry only got on now, thanks for the replies and suggestions. The lights are all that's not working on the unit so if there is nothing that I'm doing wrong or I'm missing something then I'll just deal with it I guess :(

Do you have the USB plugged in to the motherboard?
