That's just Cat's profile. We don't get that. Unless you're asking what is the music?

Not sure if the playlist thing at the bottom of the source code has anything to do with it? 

 

I hope that it doesn't become a feature, or it will become like Tumblr where you have to pause music everytime you go on someone's profile. That's assuming you could pause it.
