Actually, that note was added much later. When I read the article after OP posted it, it was still assuming that these were pictures of the R9 390.

Notice how "Original Article" is bolded underneath the note, which is also bolded. That indicates that it got updated.

Ahh, that makes sense now. Sorry about that. I'm low carbs right nowgetting ready for my competition, so pretty much everything makes me mad right now. :-S

I just hope that they hurry up and release their new cards already. My 5 year old graphics card is starting to make squeaking noises.

I'm actually surprised WCCF bothered going back and updating it. Shame they don't do that with all the other drivel on that site that turns out to be wrong.
