Windows 7 not using all the RAM

Hello boys and girls.

First of all, yes, it is a 64bit system. Anyway, a little backstory.

About a month ago my MOBO died, so after a long time of waiting, I'm here with my new MOBO and CPU. (@ signature) Well, as I suspected, nothing is perfect, and here is my problem. (Sorry for no imgur, but it is down for some reason)

What on earth might cause it? Why is it like that? Halp.

Try disabling the iGPU, see if it helps.

(If you also have a normal GPU, of course)

Disable your integrated GPU in the BIOS.

 

 

iGPU

 

 

Well, I set the PCIe slot as a default for graphics, however, that didn't fix the problem at all. I'm still sitting at 7.3GB RAM. Any other ideas?

Well, I got sick of all the stuff and I reinstalled Windows. It's back to normal. Thanks everyone.
