does re plugging helps?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

does the laptop mouse move irradicly?

is have you checked the bottom of your mouse to make sure it's clean? the sensor can get messed up by hairs in front of it.

are your mouse batteries low?

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

all different games or only one?

if it's just one reinstall that game.

if it's many games i'd say it's a driver issue.

if you have a touch screen that might also be an issue.

(cough) guys...Lenovo...Laptop... ringing any bells yet? This might be the problem. For awhile lenovo laptops shipped with their own secure key authentication program, that basically let lenovo, or their trusted partners bypass a lot of your security to do things like installing updates (yes I'm being polite, It was actually used to place ads on any web site you visited). The problem with this was they shipped with the source code for generating secure keys on the laptops themselves. If a program is recognised as having a secure key trusted by the OS a virus scanner will skip over the top of it, as it's trusted as safe.

Try googling superfish, they might have a list of product lines that shipped with it.  You can at least rule it out as an issue.
