Everything looks good. I don't have a great idea what your budget is, so I can't recommend much right now. I recommended the ASUS Gryphon board to someone else on this forum, and he loves it. I'm sure you'll love yours also, assuming everything goes to plan. Will you be adding that GPU to the loop anytime in the future?

the system seems good you could get away with a 500 watt psu and save money and save power. You should get a cheaper air cooler like the hyper 212 unless you are trying to do extreme overclocking. The air cooler would save you 100 dollars and get rid of the change of a leak

Good point. Ill change it to a 550w

But I think I'll keep the h220 in case i want to oc.
