The Crew Not performing Properly

While playing the Crew my card only runs at 730MHz when it should be running at 1000MHz all drivers are up to date but i dont know why its doing it.

sounds like it...my 680 blowers would spool up like crazy with the crew for some reason

could be it's just not using your GPU as much. I've got an R9 280X and HD7970 in crossfire and both cards with the game at 1080p ultra is only about 45-50% usage, and my CPU (i5 @4.4Ghz) is running almost 100%, it seems like it's a CPU heavy game for some reason

The crew isn't a very demanding game, and if the fps isn't bad then it should be fine... My card dosent run at its max 1200 mhz clocks in game either as it just dosent need it (game being capped to 60fps and all)

 

On that note, check if it isn't locked to 30 fps (probably isn't, but you never know)

it runs at 24fps and its locked at 30 because if i lock it to 60 the fps goes to like 10

I remember when I played the beta, it wasn't optimized very well and would't fully utilized my GPU... It could be optimization

In the beta i played maxed out at 40-50fps now low smack bang on 24

try checking on vsync as well, as if the fps is below the target fps, it will smack it down to the next lowest multiple (60 --> 30), but even then the fps should not be 10...

 

If you have it on steam, try validating the game files, to see if a file is whack

tried all the without any change, At one point i tried deleting it and re downloading and installing and didnt help then.

That would indicate, that its something not caused by the game itself...

 

Things coming off the top of my head include checking weather any gpu power saving features are enabled in the windows power management...

Checked all that as it works fine with every thing ells.... i can even open a second game, have gpu monitoring on the second screen and have crew open then switch to the other game and watch it go up to its full performance and click on crew again and it goes back down
