Can i use 4 GB of RAM on 32bit os

4GB is the maximum a 32-Bit OS can handle if I'm not mistaken. So yes, you can use 4GB on a 32-Bit OS

Windows will only read 3.5gb (970 hehuehuehueheuehue)

if you add GPU then you will see less number of RAM that you've installed (amount of RAM installed - amount of RAM GPU)

can you use it? yes you can.

the problem is can you utilize all of it? that... I don't know

I'm sorry I just don't have time to try it personally, it's goes automatically in my brain

if the system has 3GB or less get 32bit boot drive, 4GB or more 64bit boot drive.
