Were is the windows 8.1 iso download

I am building a new computer and I have a product key for windows 8.1. I need to create a bootable USB flash drive but I cannot find the download row the windows 8.1 iso. Could someone link me to it please.

This is how you do it now apparently.

When you download it it is a exe file

Just run it from the download bar and follow the instructions.
