if you mean Windows No you can buy OEM copies from retailers though they are usually cheaper.

Yup, I got 2 copies of Windows 7 Ultimate for $7 each back in the day when they were doing student testing for Windows 7. So maybe you can get Windows 8 now?

If you have a key then you can find resources online to get the ISO. Getting an ISO for free isnt the issue in legality it's the license that you pay for, in this case it's the product key.

Just borrow the cd from a friend, I have one oem cd and 5 legitimately purchased keys. So long as you own a legit cd key you can use any copy.
