ARM CTO & DICE Chief Architect Will Speak At APU13.

AMD Confirmed today that Mike Muller Chief Technology Officer at ARM & Johann Anderson, Chief Architect at DICE will be speaking at AMD's developer summit of 2013, or as AMD likes to call it APU13 .

Some of you may think that an ARM presence at a developer summit for an x86 based technology company like AMD is heresy & blasphemy but even AMD themselves acknowledge the clear efficiency advantage that the ARM architecture has over current iterations of X86 from both AMD & Intel, this is evidenced by AMD's 2014 server roadmap which includes their first ever ARM based SoC design code named Seattle.

Johann Anderson is the Chief Architect at DICE, now that's a seemingly scary title but what it actually means is that he's the guy responsible for the game engine & graphics technology for games developed by DICE, famously the battlefield series including the upcoming BF4 based on the new Frostbite 3 engine & all the

that it comes with.

This shows the commitment that both AMD & EA have for their partnership on future Frostbite 3 based titles.
