Posted April 4, 2015 So confused about what fan to get. Need to buy them tonight. Must handle being behind a dust-filter. Want a fan that at full voltage (100% PWM) pushes some air but isnt loud. At 50% PWM is dead silent. Must be able to handle dust filters too. Problem is I have no experience with any of these fans other than youtube videos... Here's what Ive considered & my thoughts: NF-F12 PWM seems loud in videos NF-P12 PWM seems quiet but less CFM than F12 NF-S12A PWM high CFM & only wind noise, but dies behind filters Vardar F2 PWM Gentle Typhoon like; slightly louder than GT COUGAR V12HP pushes more air than GT but is louder So what shall I get?
