Every time I boot up my pc it says some file is missing and tells me to make sure the binary is in the correct place. It seems pretty insignificant because the only thing different is my pc clock by my System Tray is always 2 hours behind.

Thoughts? Ideas? Fixes?

it the BIOS battery is running low

you jest need to replace the shiny battery

and go into BIOS to reset the boot priority and reset the clock

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
