First time building a PC and was wondering if this build can play Payday 2, CS Go, Planetside 2, World of Tanks, and Titanfall at High/Ultra at least 30+ FPS.

The 270x is a high settings 60fps card. So the answer is yes.

Cool, should I consider getting a 280 for an extra $20?

Lol it's fine. I checked Game Debate and entered specs for a 270x and 280. I get a 10-15% increase. Do you think it's worth the increase for $20?

I would consider that other build with the 4150.

Well the only problem is that it's a dual core. I personally prefer more than 2 cores.

For the games you're wanting to play you'll get more out of the 4150.

Not to mention the upgrade path afterwards. Trust me I started on a 6350 and regretted it when I wanted to upgrade. I had to get new mobo and processor instead of just the processor.

Technically a quad core :)

I read that it has 3 Bulldozer cores and 3 logical cores. But i decided to go with the 4150 instead
