World of tanks sucks with optimization, my cousin runs Wot with an i3 and its crappy. The other games should be fine. 

 

Overall if thats the max you can afford its the best you can get.

i have that almost exact same setup, i3 4150 and windforce r9 280 you wont have a problem with anything, trust me. i max out almost every game no problem, definite upgrade over r9 270x.
