Here. As for the keyboard, go to local store and buy it there. Peripherals just HAVE to be bought in real life, once you actually hold it and press it's buttons. Just... trust me on that one. You'll thank me later.......

wow!! thanks, i didnt know sli was affordable

but i here that a single gpu is better, is that true.  If yes what single card is good???

Well, a single stronger GPU is better.... if affordable. While a single gtx 980 would offer more performance than a SINGLE 970, it will lose to 2x 970. Since you quite don't have the money for 2x 980, 2x 970 is your best bet.

i hate canadain prices. i made my pc in the cold north as well, if you can get it at the right time its a great deal but if not, it really does hurt the wallet. i recommend the dual 970's, if you REALLY need a single gpu 780ti or gtx 980 should do it well. (again the dual 970's should beat those out.) if you got a couple dollars extra to chop out on a case go for corsair carbide 300r, or corsair carbide spec-01/-02/-03, a friend of mine has the spec 03, he says its a good case. personally, i have the cooler-master n200, its a great budget case: got some nice metal build, usb 3.0, and is slightly cheaper the nzxt source 220.
