I just did a fresh Win install on this new drive....here are the numbers, shouldnt it be faster? 

 

For what i do, this is plenty fast enough. But if it should be faster than i want that speed :)

Seems to be pretty good to me, my 850 pro 256 gb does 130 MB/s write in the 4k compared to yours , but the rest of the numbers are pretty similar to yours

Huh. That sucks. But you ain't at the level of my 840 EVO!

Advertised speeds -

500 write

500 read

97000 iops read

70000 iopsz write

Actual speed

200 read

200 write

29000 IOPS read

20000 IOPS write

And good luck contacting Samsung support, they can't be shitier

There fine speeds my 850 runs in or around that if there a little low than they should be thats fine and its hardly not even noticeable :)
