Im new to this so disclaimer.

 

Every live stream I have seen has been a spam / toxic waste of my time.

 

Why doesn't someone make a chat system that lets members enter a chat message once per 5 mins and permanently ban spammers ?

 

Is like a 1k+ people watching 1 or 2 real people to respond to them. So lust spam explodes forth.

 

I'm so confused how live streaming is even working....children do it I guess.

Or do as Sacriel, set up an external chat like an IRC channel or something where it is easier to control and keeps the lazy, only there to spam-pricks from going the extra mile just to shit on other people's fun. Easier to moderate, too.

I understand OPs pain, since I wish to actually engage the community... its like... impossible on most popular streams :(
