I got Coolermaster Seidon 120m and its pump is only 1400rpm at fullspeed,, do you think my pump is defective?

No, that sounds fine. As long as the pump is going the rate of flow dosen't matter.

Hi guys, what is the most speed of a AIO liquid cooler pump? 

 

Usually between 2000 & 3000ish rmp.
