I could honestly just use the default amd cpu cooler but it looks like trash. So I have 30$ CAD I can allocate towards my cpu cooler. Dont care too much for performance as I wont be overclocking anything. Just purely looks. Need it to match a blue and black colored mobo and a gtx 960 g1 gaming. thanks baibai.

IMO CNPS10X looks the nicest, but you could always just get a 212 Plus and replace the fan for something nicer.

I may be wrong but 30 canadian dollars is about 24-25 USD, so in that price range (asuming you are tight, no sense giving you overpriced options)

 

SilverStone Argon Series AR02 : about 28  USD
