Problem: 

I have my laptop (1080p 16:9) connected to my TV (1080p 16:9). However, while the rest of the UI seems to be scaled exactly the same, the Start Menu, depending on the screen scales differently.
I would like to have the smaller laptop start menu on my tv.

LAPTOP DISPLAY:

I checked the scaling settings, they're both the same on both screens as well.

I do believe this is just what happens when you connect to a tv, I can see it allows to have a better sight when using the start menu, and I have not found any way to fix this.

 

It may just be what Windows does to help with screen compatibility.

Ah, damn :(

I hope it isn't tho.

I've tried going into settings>personalize too, but it didn't help much either.

 

We'll see if anyone else replies, if not I'll mark your answer as solved.
