I need new fans

So I have water cooled pc but my fans on radiators are almost ded and I need new one's 12 of them my budget is abbot 200 USD.

for $200 I would go with Corsair SP fans they usually come in 2 packs for $27.00 or for under $200 I'm not sure of anything that is of quality.

Thank you they are wery good and also better then I have now. I have some Chinese of-brand fans.
