What CPU cooler to get?

So I have been running with my stock intel cooler for a half year now and I thought that I should upgrade this noisy cooler. I have i5-3570 (yes the non-K. It was 20 euros cheaper so I decided to go with it) So

I wont do overclocking. I have been looking for the Noctua coolers, mostly the NH-U14S. 

So what cooler should I get? What are the differences between Noctua coolers? What I'm really seeking is silent and not too expensive cooler.

I have bitfenix ghost case and low profile corsair ram.

Ya, i mean its not noctua quiet but it certainly isnt loud

I had the Arctic Freezer Pro 7 rev2 and that was more silent than the bloody closed loop H55 I've recently put in  :rolleyes:
