Heartburn?

So I got very mild stabbing pains for some second of and off yesterday in bed, didn't eat anything before.

 

Now, today after eating 4 eggs and 4 potatoes in 1 meal an hour or more ago I am experiencing mild heartburn with acid reflux. (I ate quite fast)

 

Who also has this? (also how or what.... was that yesterday, worries me )

 

I am 21 and 235-240 pounds at 5,9/175cm

Drink some milk. Acid is acid and milk is a base so basic chemistry, base neutralizes acid. Maybe take peotobismol or tums.

Well yeah, it's an ongoing proces, I lost 6 pounds already.

mixing a bunch of baking soda in water and drinking that might help.

 

probly just have to drink some water and digest for a while.

Yeah I did, but it's been almost an hour I think.... oh well.

 

Just worry it may be something more although the chances of that and the very mild symptoms don't seem to point to it,.

Unless it becomes a regular thing...dont worry about it. I get it from time to time, and especially if you are changing your diet to get healthier, your body is changing.

Yeah, get that shit checked anyways, probably a mild "gas attack" usually harmless (pain is usually on your left side right around/ (pain is felt above your) diaphram)/:p , But seriously i could be a really mild MI depends on our luck, probably not because for that the symptoms are slight reccuring stabbing pain which you didn't have , but still don't wanna wait it out, get to a doc Soon as possible if you can , atleast you'll get the meds for the heartburn nevertheless..
