Texture Pop Ins?

I seem to get Texture Pop In really bad in AC Unity (yes I know it's buggy as fck), could this be my CPU not handling higher clocks well, my GPU OC too high or just the game being a piece of poo?

How do you know this btw, have you played it yourself?

 

all the AC games have it to some degree and having watched ACU gameplay online you can see it there too

 

There were issues with characters popping in as a a certain model and changing model as you got closer, like changing from a man to a women in a dress etc haha

It's internet news right now. Steam review averages or less than 50% positive sometimes (not kidding). Also, Ubisoft has a bad history of PC ports.
