If I can get one used for 75$, should I?

My current main monitor is a 23 inch cfl Debranded HP 1080p.

If you sit in a room with a lot of light, no. If you don't mind reflections but do sit in a room with a lot of light, go for it.

tl;dr: if reflections bother you and you frequently have light in your room, no.

My current main monitor is glossy, so I don't care

Then yeah, go for it.

Only thing I don't like is no vesa.

I currently have my monitor on an arm.

But I guess its fine.

I mean, 75$ for IPS monitor
